The Newtown Public Schools Security Department

is committed to delivering professional and compassionate service across all school campuses, prioritizing the physical safety and emotional welfare of students, faculty, staff, and visitors. In times of crisis, it is our goal to protect lives and property, respond to emergencies promptly and appropriately, coordinate with school administrators and local first responders, aid in recovery, and help to restore normal school operations as quickly as possible.
